Hi there,
I have a Blazer with 350 engine and automatic transmission. I have a question about matching differential. Can I use the rear differential (12*45) with front differential (11*41) together without any problems?
The rear ratio is 3.75 and the front is 3.72.

Nope. That will tear up the transfer case. The only way you might get away with that difference is if you only shift into four-wheel-drive when driving on ice or heavily-packed snow. At least one tire is going to have to be able to slide a little.
