For a 2017 RAM 1500 with a 3.21 anti-slip differential, you should use the recommended differential fluid specified by the manufacturer. Using the correct differential fluid is crucial for proper operation and to ensure the longevity of your vehicle's differential.

According to the owner's manual or service guide provided by RAM, the correct differential fluid for your specific vehicle is typically specified. In most cases, you will find the recommended fluid listed under the "Fluids and Lubricants" section of the manual.

Based on the information you provided, the Mopar LSD 5 Oz fluid and Amsoil 75W-110 gear oil you mentioned are not the correct fluids for your vehicle's differential. The correct viscosity for the differential fluid in a 2017 RAM 1500 with a 3.21 anti-slip differential is generally 75W-90 or 75W-140.
