I was adding Freon to A/C system. After I replaced the A/C clutch kit- I check the pressure with the gauges and good chance I mixed high and low pressure-

Next thing I know the engine light comes on and scanner says:
P-0135
P-0155
P-0498

Some pending/permanent with in the code screens.
I replaced all the emission sensors (4 in total).

Multi test question.
What did I do wrong? Does A/C system need to be vacuumed and refilled? I believe the spacers weren’t 100% correct in the clutch kit. New A/C compressor as well?

Should I purchase new vent valve?
I’m at a loss for words. Any information would greatly be appreciated.
