Diagnosis readings

When I accelerate it bogs down. When I punch the gas it doesn't get up to speed very fast at all. Won't even go over 70 mph. One diagnostic check said it was a cylindar 1 misfire and another said it was a transmission issue. I don't know what I should do. Pls help
