Defroster vent not working

Only air coming out of the side vents, not to the feet or defroster area, blowe motor works fine

Hey PHILLIP. MAKAD,

It sounds like you have an issue with the mode control actuator.

The HVAC system controls the mode control actuator to move the vent position flap in the heater box.

I have attached the replacement instruction and testing information for this unit.

Let us know if you have any further questions on the testing or replacement, we can run you through the testing if you are unsure.
