My font defroster will not work, come up to defrost the window. A heater motor was put in I was told. Fuse was check, still no air to the window. Climate control is showing strange numbers (15) where 60/90 should me to have the heat to go up and down. The air is blowing at the bottom not the top. Thank you if you have any suggestion.

If the control head is not showing the correct information it will need to be replaced. It controls the HVAC programmer and is how you run HVAC diagnostics. Replace it, then you can test the rest of the system.

Disconnect battery ground cable.
Remove instrument panel trim plates.
Remove control head retaining screws, then draw unit out of instrument panel.
Disconnect electrical connectors at rear of control head.
Reverse procedure to install.
