No heat when attempting to defrost?

Do you have heat when the heater is on? So, the problem is no heat at all, or no heat only while in defrost mode? Please go over this video to start:

Plenty of coolant.
No heat/defrost when heater is on.

Okay, I assume you don't have any heat with the hater on as well. I would remove the mode actuator and work the blend door by hand to see if you get heat at the defroster. If the actuator is weak it will not move the controls completely. Here is the location, let me know what happens.
