Daytime running lights not working?

I took my car in for an airbag recall. I also got new brakes, rotors all four tires, CV joint and a rear wheel bearing, new battery and positive terminal. Drove it home shut the car off and the parking lights stay on, the headlights will not turn on.

These are both controlled by the SJB (smart junction box) which they have trouble with in this car, but first we must check the fuses to make sure they are all good. Here is a guide to help and the fuse location as well, please check the fuses with the key in the on position without the engine running.

The SJB goes out when the battery is connected and disconnected, I have seen this problem when changing the battery out. I have also included how to change the SJB out as well in case it needs to be done to fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
