I own the car listed above GT Premium. I went to get into my vehicle and noticed the radio was on and the dashboard was lit up before I even unlocked the vehicle. When I got into the vehicle and turned it on via push to start, the dashboard stayed lit up in white and none of the gauges seemed to be getting any power. When I turned the headlights on, they came on but the dashboard didn't change to the MyColor setting it's on. The fuel gauge stayed on empty even though there is plenty of fuel in the vehicle. The speedometer needle didn't move when the gas was pressed down and neither did the tachometer needle. The information screen above the steering wheel stayed black. I wasn't able to turn on the heat or a/c, pressing the power button didn't do anything. The volume knob for the radio didn't change the volume. The radio was only operational with the touch screen which I could use to change the station and media source. I was also able to go to the different screens such as climate, phone, apps, and settings. The back-up camera did not come on when the vehicle was in reverse. When the vehicle was turned off from the outside and the doors locked with the key fob, the radio stayed on and so did the white dashboard lights.

Hello,

This sounds like you could have a problem with your vehicle's Gateway Module A or the HS CAN 3 network. In the diagrams down below I have included the factory instructions for the removal and installation of the Gateway Module A. It will require you to reprogram the module using Ford's Scan Tool. Please go through this guide and get back to us with how you proceed.

Thanks,
Alex
