Splashing sound coming from my dash

Welcome to 2CarPros.

It could be related to the heater core but also, make sure the AC drain on the evaporator isn't plugged not allowing water to drain. Check the carpet on the passenger side to make sure it isn't wet.

The drain is under the hood on the passenger side firewall. They can get dirt in them and plug.
