Dash light, and park lights come on?

When I turn truck on running lights come on like they should but my park lights come on to with my switch off only way at night to get my dash lights to come on is my dimmer switch which I put it all the way up that supposed to be for my dome light. I don't know what's going on at night my head lights be flickering but my voltage does not drop down.

It sounds like the BCM is having an issue, here is a guide to show you how to scan for BCM codes to help confirm the failure. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon here is a video to show you how.

Let me know what you find. Also, I would check the BCM grounds and fuses as well, the BCM will act funny when fuses are blown.
