Removal Procedure

Remove the engine intake manifold-to-engine block strap bracket over the starter.
Remove the starter-to-transmission mounting bolt.
Remove the starter-to-engine block mounting bolt.

Remove the starter solenoid nuts to disconnect the electrical cable.
Remove the starter assembly
