2001 Daewoo Lanos oil in the spark plug hole and on the spa

I recently agreed to show my wife how to drive a standard and she was doing alright then one day she wanted to start driving by herself. after about 1 week the car started hesitating and not wanting to go over 65 miles an hour struggling to continue to run until I give it gas. I have no idea about vehicles please help
