Can a vehicle run of low compression in the number six piston?

you can drive but pending the cause of the low compression, you will experience poor performance, higher than normal fuel consumption, rough or poor idle quality, check engine light on, over heating and you run the risk of doing further damage pending the cause of the low compression. i would not advise to drive with this condition for any length of time.
