Cylinder number four misfire

Gave it a cap, rotor, distributor, wires, plugs, ignition coil, and ignition module. Had it re-timed and still an issue with number four cylinder. Starting to get bummed out about it. It is a great truck. I am just hoping the spider is not going out for that cylinder and or compression.

These are very hard to find what the problem is it can be a sensor or anything from low fuel pressure to basic engine problems. Best thing here and cheapest option is to let a mechanic find the problem and fix before you dump any more money on good parts that do not need replacing.

Run a compression and leak down test. Easy to do and would at least give you an idea.
If it is a spider issue, do not bother replacing it with the original poppet style, you can get an upgraded unit that uses real injectors for about the same money and it is a big improvement.
