Cylinder one and three misfire which jumps to three and five misfire

After doing a timing job on the car I am getting a misfire on cylinder one and three. That later jumped to cylinder three and five and then jumped back to one and three after the timing was double checked by two shops. Neither can figure out the misfire.

First did you use spark plug

Type
NGK .................... IFR5G-11

Because if not you will chase your tail you must use OEM ignition parts or codes will be thrown. This guide can help:
