Hello,

There are several reasons for this to happen.
It could be vacuum related, fuel related or spark related.
Is the the check engine light on? Any codes?

Good morning thank you for your generous support my car is Nissan March k12 2003 model its giving me problems firstly it looses power and then the temperature just goes up through the radiator for damaged. I took it to the mechanic he said I need a throttle sensor and pedal sensor and temperature sensor. This happened after throttle sensor was fixed.

Hello,

If this issue did not exist before the throttle sensor was fixed/replaced, then odds are the issue might be with the throttle sensor. These throttle bodies requires reset after replacement. This also could be because of a air leak after the air flow meter.
Might also be worth checking the wiring and connector to the airflow meter for any signs of corrosion or damage. You can do a quick fault find if you unplug the meter and run the engine without it.

Thanks.

I think it is still worth verifying there are no leaks or loose connector. Thanks.

Check out this website, they offer used parts for your Nissan. I am not sure what the shipping cost will be though.

Thanks.
