Back in July my fuel pump went out on me and to make a long story short. This so-called mechanic was going to put it in for me he does there's no access panel for my back seat or trunk. So I know they have to drop my tank come to find out if you days ago because I've had this bad gas mileage can't fill my tank up because of the gas smell my fuel gauge doesn't work. So about 5 days ago I pulled back everything out of my car my my backrest night seat cushion for back seat because there was metal shavings in my trunk. Come to find out there's not one cut but there's two cuts in they are so sloppy in one of the cuts they cut right into my tank. So yeah please tell me what I can do? He did tell me he would get me a new tank okay but what does that do for the body of my car it's messed up?

Good afternoon.

He will need to replace the tank as you know, but also have him close up the hole he created with a metal patch and seal it with body sealer.

Never take your car there again. That is what gives us a bad name with work like that.

Yeah, I understand what you're saying. Also you know I had purchased a brand new fuel pump for my car you know and now you know the fuel gauge doesn't work. So what would be causing that would that be like he messed up the sensors or whatever or messed up my fuel pump with the float or make him buy me a fuel pump as well?

What did you think of the pictures I had uploaded? I mean can you believe that? I mean he just like hacked into my car like just destroyed it. I really don't even care to have him do the fuel tank but I suppose I kind of have to huh.

They did not even clean up after themselves.

They ripped you off and did not even clean up.

That shop should be reported to BBB.
