Frontend creaking sound when turning

Sometimes when I turn slowly I hear a creaking sound in the front end.

Hello,

That noise could be due to faulty CV axle.
If the CV boot fails, it will leak out the grease and that will allow dirt and debris to enter the joint. That typically makes the noise as you turn.
Do a visual inspection of the CV axle, see if you are see the boots leaking. If they are are leaking you will probably have grease all over the suspension components.
