Will not start, could it be the crankshaft sensor?

I could not start car after a 30 mile journey. Said crankshaft sensor so had it replaced. A week later after it was replaced it was still playing up so was changed again and after other changed it still doing it. What could it be?

This vehicle isn't offered in the US, but I will try my best to help. Can you tell me what symptoms you experience? Also, have you had the computer scanned to see if the same code has returned?
