Code P0017, Crankshaft at TDC but camshafts are off?

Recently replaced the timing chain. But when I started the car, it ran rough and threw a p0017 code. When I did the procedure the first time the cam sprockets were at the 2 o’clock position for the intake cam sprocket and the exhaust cam sprocket was at the 10 o'clock position. So, I decided to redo the timing procedure to correct the timing but not I have the crank key at 12o clock position at TDC, the cams are not in the right place. How do I get the cans to rotate to the correct positions?

You will need to remove the chain and redo the camshaft timing. Here is how the timing chain timing procedure is done. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
