My truck will turn over but will not start. I have checked the fuel pump, fuel pump relay, fuses, I am getting.4 volts from the fuel pump relay to fuel pump. Can you give me any suggestions on what to check to get this truck to start? Once it is running, it runs great but just cannot get it to fire.

Try a security code reset then check relay for corrosion or bad contact relay may not be getting enough voltage. could be an ignition switch but I kind of doubt that see link.
