The engine is cranking but no starting?

Hello, the Vehicle's model is GLS 450. The engine is Cranking but not starting. There is fuel with good pressure but there is no spark in the cylinders.
What could be the cause?
How can one diagnose further from here?

I would start by running the codes using a CAN scanner, also you might want to use an engine scanner so you can see if there is an RPM signal when cranking which should be about 200 RPM. This will tell us if the crankshaft sensor is working.
