I need to replace crankshaft positioning sensor. After changing the actual sensor do I need to have the computer reset or the sensor recalibrated? Or is it simple plug and play with proper techniques?

I attached the procedure and picture for you below.

It is a plug and play once installed. There is no programming or learning needed.
