Crank no start has fuel spark turning over

Cranks, turns over. No start has blue spark good fuel. Replaced throttle position sensor and the crank position sensor before it stopped working. It was loading up with gas when I started cold had code to change o2 sensor.

Remove spark plugs turn engine over to get excess fuel out. Try heating plugs with a propane torch then reinstall see if it fires. Check for a spark at plugs as it may have a bad rotor in distributor cap or bad cap.
