I parked my car and came back out about an hour later and the car cranked but would not start. Hooked up code reader and it said pending p0627 and p0064. Went inside to Google them and after coming outside again turned the car back on the codes were gone. I did not delete the codes. So tried to start the car once again crank no start. Checked fuses and relays all seem to be good and working. The fuel pump driver module (located behind passenger rear seat) I believe is clicking when I push the push start to on and I hear it click after car cranks but does not start. I have not checked any further than that. Also, there is a buzzing noise when the car is on in run. Under the hood. Maybe that is just because they electronics are running. But I do not know.

Good morning.

You need to see if you have fuel at the fuel injectors and spark. If you have a tachometer, crank the engine and see if it moves a little while cranking. That will tell us if the crank sensor is sending a signal to the PCM.

If you have any starting fluid, spray some in the air filter and see if the car starts and stall. That will tell us if it is a fuel delivery issue.

Okay, I forgot to mention in my previous post that I had the battery inside on the charger. I put it back in the car. Checked code reader wad showing an ABS code p1711 I think. That was under the ABS check on the Ford app. But said system pass on OBD fault scan. So I pressed the brake pushed the start button fired up on the first try. This is like the third time this has happened. Randomly wont start and exactly three days later fires right up. So I have spark fuel and air because it is running right now as I type. I still have no clue what is causing it. Battery? All three times was either jump started and this one being on the charger over night.

Okay.

Have you checked the charging system? With the engine running you should have 14 to 14.5 volts.

Low voltage from a low battery will definitely cause a no start condition.

It was running anywhere from 13.2 to 14.6 depending on the engine load. Engine load was at 20-29% during that time.

Should be constant 14 to 14.5.

Check for any AC voltage as well.

You need to replace the converter assembly.

Rock auto is the best place to find the converter with the best price.
