Hello,

Generally speaking, an engine will need spark, fuel, and compression to start.
If the engine is cranking over but not starting, it could be due to no spark, fuel issue or low/no compression.

When you turn the key to the on position, can you hear the fuel pump kick on?
In operative fuel pump can be due to a bad relay, wiring issue or a bad pump.

Take a look at this guide, it covers the typical issues with crank and no start:

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
