When I press the gas pedal to the floor for an aggressive start I can hear at the engine like crackling or when you squeeze a bubble wrap like a popping sound. After the truck catches above 50 mph it goes away and runs silently. Thanks for your help,

George

Hey ROLDAJX3,

Is the check engine light on?

Does it accelerate okay, no lack of power/hesitation/surging?

Can you check for PCM codes and report back?

Regards, Joe

Hello, the check engine light is not on, I scan for codes and no codes show up and the truck is running perfect good acceleration lots of power going up hills. Can the tires do that vibration and after some speed go away?

Hey ROLDAJX3,

I think a good place to start would be to check the condition of the universal joints on your rear driveshaft.

Please see the guide below:

Hope that helps, keep us updated on your progress.
