Cracked passenger rear lower control arm

I hit a curb in the snow doing about twenty miles an hour and cracked my passenger rear lower control arm and bent the lateral link. The control arm and the link has been replaced the tire was still way out of whack have taken it to Tread Quarters and Firestone for an alignment no one seems to know why it is still two degrees out of whack. Someone please help!
