Cooling fan will not work

Engine temperature goes up to 250 degrees and cooling fan will not come on.

Good evening,

I attached a wiring diagram for you to view. Check the fuse I circled for power with the key on. This is not a visual test, test it with a test light or voltmeter.

Let me know the results.
