Cooling fan and AC (cold air) not working

Hello, the AC wasn't cold in my car at all so I checked if the cooling fan was working. The cooling fan was not working when I hit the AC button. I removed the fan and connected it to the battery and the fan started working! So the motor was fine.
Next, I checked all the AC fuses and I didn't see any broken ones. I also interchanged relays and fuses with other similar ones in my car but no response from the AC.
Next, I changed the engine coolant temp sensor; still no response from AC.

What do you think could be the problem? I need to get my AC fixed for the summer! Thanks!

You probably want to test for power and ground at the motor to determine which one is missing.

The AC pressure has to reach 190 PSI to prompt the fan to come on at all so there is always the possibility the AC system is not working for another reason and just not building enough pressure for the fan to come on.
It will not come on for temperature reasons until the engine hits 223 degrees.
You can confirm if the fan circuit is okay by unplugging the coolant temperature sensor with the engine running. This should trigger the fan although it will also set a code for the coolant sensor.
