Changed water pump, thermostat, radiator hoses, sensors. Water backs up in the reservoir and blows the plastic lid off and antifreeze runs out. Water gauge does not show hot but goes up to normal.

I need you to test something. With the engine cold, remove the radiator cap and start the engine. Dose coolant shoot out of the radiator?

Yes, it shoots out of the radiator once it warms up.

If the coolant blows out of the radiator and the engine isn't overheating, most likely you have a bad head gasket allowing compressed air to enter the cooling system.
