Coolant/water leak

Light goes on to add water/coolant. I add and within minutes of driving back on again. Usually fill three or four times and then I am good for weeks. Tonight I filled and was all good. Drove to grocery store and back about a mile round trip water coming out of bottom of car.

What needs to be done is an inspection to locate where it is coming from. If you can safely lift the vehicle and remove the under car covers, do so and see if you can tell approximately where it is coming from (front/rear/side).
