Can the coil packs from a v6 Nissan Altima work on my vehicle?

Hi,

There is a chance they could. I don't know the year of the Altima. What to do is this: Confirm the part number on them are the same. If they are different, don't use them.

I attached a pic below showing the OEM part number for the Infinity. If you provide a year for the Altima, I can check.
