Took my vehicle listed above to dealership because I had a code P0456. They replaced the evap line to the purge valve. Went home than next day when I started my car I had codes P0456 and code P0440. Is this something that the dealership might have messed up on the repairs? Or do you think something else happened? I don't want to take it back to the dealership if this might be other problems but don't want to pay someone else if this was caused by the dealership and they should correct it.

This is what we call in the dealer world a " recheck" and should be taken back to the dealer because evaporative systems are very commonly misdiagnosed! Happens all of the time! Just verify with your service advisor that there will be no charge.
