Codes C0131-00 and C0161-00

The front wheels seems as if the brake are locking up and giving us the codes above,
but it will do it sometime then other it runs fine.
when it locks up it has to be towed in or let it set to be reset.
Need help.
we have replace the brake caliber, abs sensors, the vacuum boost sensors.
