The check engine light came on. Did not appear to be having any problems. This happened after a hard acceleration.

Hi,

What codes have been retrieved? What you listed in the heading aren't codes.

Here is a video that shows how to retrieve codes:

Also, are there any driveability issues?

Let me know what you find.

Take care and God bless,

Joe

Hi,

They could be manufacturer specific. I have no listing for them. Is it possible for you to get the P codes?

Just to weigh in on this. These are codes that are typically pulled up from an aftermarket code reader on these higher line products. These codes are not trouble codes but instead just informational.

The E8 means the engine control module was interrogated for codes. The E9 means the Transmission control module was asked for codes as well.

If these are the only codes that you have then there are no issues with the vehicle that would set a code.

Hope this helps. Thanks
