I checked the level, and the connector, removed the cap and the leveler moves freely, but it won't reset via the scanner to the car BD stalk. What else could this be?

No ground or power to the 2-wire connector. Do you think there is a fuse for it?

I would ground the brn/green-yellow wire to see if the warning goes away, if so replace the level sensor/brake master cylinder.

Hmm, strange, the regular test light which I hardly use gave me no power or ground, even though I tested the bulb and was working, but after you mentioned the above I found my probe and I checked and found power (+) on one side and then power again the other side, but when I applied negative using the probe the scanner showed that the fluid level is okay and all lights went off. Let me ask you this, can I ground that wire to the body until I get the cap/plunger? I just need to drive it till then and without that the traction will be on as well, and maybe the ABS, so I want to drive it just enough until I get the cap.
