Will not go forward or backwards?

So, we have a manual 1993 Mazda B3000 with a V6 engine, 3.0L, 6 cylinder, and it cranks up just fine but it will not go forward or backwards, and the clutch pedal goes all the way to the floor and comes back up softly, and the gear stick wont go shift gears but it can be moved around.

Yep, it sounds like the clutch fluid is low or the clutch master is no good, can you see any leaks by the clutch master? Also, did you check the fluid level? Also check the secondary cylinder as well, if you see any leakage replace that part and then bleed the system. Please go over this video which can help as well.
