When I turn the ignition to "off" and remove the key the clock and radio stay on. Even after I open the door they will not turn off. They do turn off when the car is in "ACC", but the rest of the car stays on and I cannot remove the key in that position. When I open the drivers door it will not let me use the power lock to lock the doors.

The description sounds like a faulty door switch or the RAP (Retained Accessory Power Module) is not getting the signal from the door switch telling it to shut down. Do other items like the windows/power seats/mirrors also stay "on" during this time?

The best way to test it would be to use a dealer level scan tool to watch what the module is actually being told to do and if the switch is triggering properly. The actual switches are part of the door latch itself so testing with the scan tool is a lot faster.
