AC working fine, but when turning knob or pushing auto the display is showing Climate Off on digital screen. When turning knob it's increasing and decreasing fine but why keep saying climate off on screen? Crazy. Please advise!

Welcome to 2CarPros.

Honestly, the problem is most likely related to the display unit itself. It may have an internal short. Since the vehicle is new, it needs to return to the dealer. I have a feeling they will replace the part under warranty.

Let me know if I can help in any way.

Hello,

This message comes up when the system realizes it cannot control itself. The climate control it tied into the CAN (computer area network) system of the car. It sounds like a blend door actuator or temperature sensor has stopped working. Can you tell me if the mode and temperature selections still work manually? Do you hear any strange noises coming from under the dash?

Here is a video that shows the CAN scan being done:

Here is a guide that show how to change out the blend door actuators if you find a noisy one with instructions and locations of the blend door actuators so you can check their operation. Also I have included the calibration procedure we should try that as well.

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
