Made a low pitched clicking sound in the front right when braking

Since I bought my car four years ago, it has made a low pitched clicking sound in the front right when braking and turning to the right. It does not make this sound at low speeds such as driving in stop and go traffic in town. It mostly makes it when I am coming off a highway and braking while yielding. The sound has worsened recently, and there is now clacking/rattling noise from the right front when driving over an uneven surface like an unpaved driveway. They say I need new brakes can you help?

This does sound like the brakes are just completely worn out. I would suggest replacing them and then retesting for the noise.
