When I accelerate from a stop light I can hear a clicking nose from the drive shaft, but when I'm on the highway the nose goes away even at low speed the I don't hear the clicking nose.
Can it be the flex disc or the center bearing needs to be replaced

It sounds like it could be a CV joint in one of the axles

I had the front and rear wheel excel changed at 15000 miles the was sitting in a my friend's garage for 3 years it was sent to from across seas, I was just wondering if Ac hose that is located near the flex disc was dripping down on the disc prematuraly damaging the disc.

Most likely when the vehicle is shipped across the sea the discs may have developed a coating of rust which is probably causing the brake pads to grab may be causing the clicking noise how far have you driven it since you've taken it out of storage?
