I changed the rotors and breaks and after I hear a clicking noise when the car is in motion in the rear driver side wheel. I also changed the rotor and brakes on rear passenger side but no clicking noise there. Any idea what I could check to see what's making the noise?

Yes, you get clicking when the brake caliper is loose or the anti rattle clips or not there or not installed correctly. Please check out this video which will show you the correct way to do the job
