Clicking in right rear panel- fuel pump?

Loud clicking in right rear interior panel- fuel pump perhaps? No air suspension. Only on start up, engine running, only lasts a few seconds. No other symptoms, no sputtering, no hesitation, runs good. But, would like to avoid breakdown on highway. What is best planned maint?

As far as the fuel pump, it is located in the fuel tank. So, I question if that has anything to do with it. Have you checked to see if there are any relays in that area?

I had this problem if u open the rear hatch and on the right side u can take the panel off there are motors in there. The motor that went out I. Mine controlled the rear ac. Cheap fix I think I paid $60 for my mechanic to order and instal the new motor. It verry simple u could do it just go to auto parts and they can even help u.
Till then just keep the rear ac off and the noise will stop.
