My rear winshield wiper has stopped working properly. It now turns a full 360 degrees. Something seems to be loose, but it still seems connected to the power source. When I try to turn them on (with power) the wipers drop straight down over the rear hatch door and do not move from there.
Do I need to bring such a repair specifically to a Chrysler repair shop?

Hi:
It sounds like the motor is bad. It determines where the wiper goes. Remove the panel from the rear door and you will see the motor. There are three or four bolts that hold it. Remove the wiper arm from the outside, remove the bolts, and disconnect the power supply (plug). The motor will come out. Just replace it with a new one.
