Power Liftgate

I have a 2001 Town & Country Ltd. 64,000 mi. 3.8 litre. The power liftgate releases but the motor does not kick in. Must lift it manually. I checked the breaker and that was o.K. Can you walk me through a trouble shoot. Thanks for any help.

You will need a test light. First check for power and ground at the motor while trying to operate it. If nothing, then need to find out where all the relays are and go from there. While at motor, note wire colors
