When driving the steering wheel shakes almost like a fast vibration, what could cause this? She sort of pulls to the right some what, alignment is needed, but what could cause the steering wheel vibrate like it does?

An alignment should fix the vibration as well.

What is hapening is when the tires arent aligned it will drag/push the side out of alignment, and you will feel it in the steering wheel. If not fixed soon you will wear your tires, or if bad enough it could damage or cause wear to other suspension parts.
