I replaced the battery in my 1997 Town & Country about 6-8 months ago and ever since the lights within my air conditioning unit flash on and off almost constantly. Every so often, the will stop flashing and I will be able to tell which button is depressed and which one is not. Don't know if the battery had any thing to do with it but it seems that this started to happen as soon as I replaced the battery in the van. Thanks.

Sometimes it is best to use a memory saver when battery needs to be disconnected. Any system that uses memory if that memory is lost because the battery was disconnected, there may be problems when everything is hooked back up.

Can you check for any applicable hvac codes? Your hvac may need to be reprogrammed, where applicable. I'm just going by the fact it started when battery voltage was lost by disconnecting.

Sorry for the late reply.
