2005 Chrysler Town and Country replacing rear brakes

I need to know how to replace the rear brake pads.
i also need to know what tools are needed to take off the calipers.

Remove wheels remove calipers replace pads the same as the front.A reg metric 3/8 drive socket set and a c clamp will be needed

You will need a tool to turn the caliper piston in and push in on it at the same time ( you can find one on harbor freight on line cheap) and a 13 mm rench or socket
